Description: Erythorbic Acid is white or slightly yellow crystals or powder, easily soluble in water (a 30% range of soluble) and alcohol. M. P. 164-171. Have quality of deoxidization, easily change colour in ray or calefaction. It is stable in dry, but easily mutated when it meets with air in water solution.
